Return Policy
At Parasite Label, most of our products are made to order, which means each item is produced specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept automatic returns or exchanges.
Skate Decks All deck sales are final. Decks are custom manufactured on a per-order basis. We do not accept returns or exchanges on decks under any circumstances.
Apparel & Other Items
We accept returns on apparel items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We accept returns if you're not totally happy with the fit — we want you to be happy and wear the garment.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Exchanges are not guaranteed as inventory is limited, but we'll do our best to accommodate where possible.
How to Request a Return To submit a return request, email us at x@parasitelabel.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and any defects
We review every request individually and will respond within 3–5 business days. Buyer pays for return shipping, unless for specific situations noted above. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to approve or deny return requests at our discretion.
