By purchasing from Parasite Label ("we," "us," or "our") at parasitelabel.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Made-to-Order Products Many of our products are manufactured on demand after your order is placed. Production times vary by product — please refer to individual product pages for estimated timelines. These production periods are separate from shipping transit times.

2. All Sales Final — Decks All skate deck sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order has been placed, as production begins immediately upon purchase.

3. Payment All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total including applicable taxes and shipping.

4. Shipping We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Parasite Label is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and branding on Parasite Label products are the exclusive property of Parasite Label. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any designs without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parasite Label shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
